Terms of service

The agreement between your business and Payroll Bundals.

1. The agreement

Payroll Bundals, at payrollbundals.com, is a product of Bundals Private Limited, a company in India. In these terms "we" means Bundals Private Limited and "you" means the business that creates an account. Sign-up is not open yet. When it opens, creating an account will mean you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. What you get

Access to Payroll Bundals and its apps for attendance, salary and compliance, for your business and the people you add. We may add, change or remove features. We will tell you before removing something you rely on.

3. Your account

• One person, one login. Do not share logins.
• The owner decides which apps each person can use and is responsible for what those people do.
• Keep passwords secret. Write to us at once if you think a login has been misused.
• A worker's link has no password. Send each link only to the person it belongs to.

4. Price and payment

Prices are coming soon and will be shown on the pricing page. Usage is unlimited, with no per user charge and no per client charge. There is no setup fee. No payment is taken on this site today.

Before any payment is taken, the price, the taxes added as the law requires, and the terms for refunds and for unpaid bills will be published on the pricing page and in these terms.

5. Your data

Your business data is yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. While your account is open you can write to us for a copy of your data.

You are responsible for the details you enter about your people, and for having the right to enter them.

6. What we do not do

• We do not file anything with the government for you and we do not pay any dues. We make the PF, ESI, Professional Tax and tax files and sheets. You or your chartered accountant upload them on the government sites and pay there.
• Salary, tax and compliance figures are worked out from your entries by fixed rules, to help you. Rules change and differ by state. Check the figures with your chartered accountant before you pay or file.
• We do not move money. Payouts gives you a file for your bank's net banking, a UPI list and a cash sheet. You make the payments yourself. There is no connection to any bank.
• We do not send WhatsApp messages. The app opens your own WhatsApp with the message ready, and you send it from your own number under WhatsApp's terms.
• We do not give legal or tax advice.

7. Fair use

Do not use Payroll Bundals to send spam, to break into other accounts, to overload the service, or for anything the law forbids. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Uptime and support

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will never be down. Support is by email at info@bundals.com.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service. We are not liable for lost profit, for penalties or interest from late or wrong filing, or for the acts of other services you use with ours, such as your bank, WhatsApp or a government site.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law says cannot be taken away.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Payroll Bundals at any time. We may end the agreement by writing to you in advance, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. What happens to your data after that is set out in the privacy policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. Once accounts are open, we will also tell account owners by email before a change applies.
