Send payslips, from your own WhatsApp, or print them.

A payslip is made for every person when you lock the month. For each one, a button opens your own WhatsApp with the message and the link ready, and you press send. The few people without a phone get a print.

Send on WhatsApp opens your own WhatsApp. You press send. No phone number: print.

Step by step

Lock, send, print the rest.

The words in bold are the names on the screen.

Lock the month in Pay, step 4. The payslips are made at that moment, one for each person.

Open Payslips. The page for the month shows four counts: Payslips made, Sent, Opened and No phone number.

On a person's row press Send on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens on your phone or computer with the message and that person's link ready.

Press send in WhatsApp. The message goes from your own number. Back in Payslips, the row shows WhatsApp and the time.

For a person with no phone number the row has Print. Open it and press Print. Print all at the top prints every payslip of the month.

Press See payslip to read one: Earned, Cut from salary, any Expenses paid back, and the amount paid.

Watch the Opened column. It fills in when the worker opens the link. Use Send again for anyone who has not.
Common mistakes
Thinking the app has sent the message. It only opens WhatsApp. Nothing goes until you press send there.
Closing WhatsApp without sending. The row is marked as sent when you press the button, so finish the send each time.
Sending a link to the wrong person. There is no login: the link is the key.
Looking for payslips before the lock. They are made when you lock the month in Pay, step 4.
Good to know
The worker's page lists past months under Your payslips. They tap a month to see it.
There is no WhatsApp charge from us, because we do not send anything.
Earlier months stay in the Payslips menu.
A printed payslip has a line for the signature of the employer.

No. It is a link to a phone page. From Payslips you can print any payslip on paper.
